Our UC 36 achieves top OEE values at production speeds beyond 60 m/min.
The third generation of this machine is able to reach production speeds of 70 m/min due to the new drive concept for this machine size. In addition to the drive concept, our innovative and patented UNICOOL cooling system is used.
Here you can see a screenshot of the operator panel of our UC 36/50_80 G3 equipped with 80 mold blocks. With an operating time of over 5,000 hours, more than 20,000 km of pipe have been produced. This means an average production speed of 67.4 m/min.
