At UNICOR, we have been training young people since 1986. Over the years, we have created more than 300 apprenticeship opportunities – and have seen many of these apprentices grow into experienced professionals who now hold key roles within our company.
For us, training means more than just preparing the next generation for their careers. It’s about keeping valuable knowledge and experience within the company, passing it on to the next generation, and combining it with new perspectives to continuously maintain and strengthen our expertise.
