Take a look at our newly developed UC 90-G3 during the production of a 40 mm double-wall pipe in accordance with EN 61386-24. Thanks to our proven and patented UNICOOL cooling system, we achieve a stable output of up to 25 m/min.
In addition to its high efficiency, the revised UC 90-G3 is characterised by two synchronised servomotors, a revised vacuum system, a new curve and a new mould block design. The overall concept of the machine transfers the cooling capacity of the UNICOOL cooling system to the production process.
