UNICOR has a highly qualified team of specialist for installation and maintenance of corrugators world-wide

Technical assistance is a crucial point for UNICOR, besides innovations and product quality. For us, technical assistance is more than just service. Technical assistance is part of our company philosophy.
Head of the After Sales Department is Mr. Thorsten Niedt. He plans and controls the complete technical assistance activities. He is also the person to contact for service contracts.

Responsible for organizing and coordinating the operations of the service team is Mr. Martin Thein. He is also in charge of instructing and providing further trainings to customer's technicians.

What our service team can do for you:

  • Assembly and commissioning of UNICOR corrugators in the plants of our customers - worldwide
  • Instruction of the operating staff in extrusion and process technology.
  • Training of customer's technicians in our lab.
  • Instruction of customer's technicians of how to use and maintain the corrugators installed
  • Inspection, servicing and refurbishing of UNICOR corrugators
  • Upgrading of existing extrusion lines
  • Trouble shooting via telephone, via remote support or on the site
  • Optimisation of existing products, process- and extrusion parameters, in straight collaboration with our customers

The high efficiency of our service team is proven by the following features:

  • Intervention of service engineers on all five continents in the service of our customers
  • Setting up and installation of all corrugator types for many different pipe sizes and also for other products (e.g. plug-in sockets)
  • Installation of UNICOR corrugators for the different business sectors of our customers (medical and food applications, automotive industry or civil engineering)
