The CDH is the logical enhancement of the DDH of diameter range below 600 mm inner diameter up to a pipe size range of 400 mm inner diameter. The distinction lies in the use of two back-to-back melt sprial distributor blocks. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Re-centering obsolete!<\/h3>\n

Like other die heads patented by UNICOR, this enables the production of corrugated pipes with an extremely uniform distribution of material and wall thickness on the pipe circumference. This leads to higher product quality and maximum efficiency at low production costs. <\/p>\n

Due to the compact design and the minimum weight, we achieve a fast heating process and a low degeneration of the material during the operating process. Re-centering during production is obsolete due to the special design. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The innovative QCS quick-change system facilitates conversion from one dimension to the next with just a few simple steps. <\/p>\n

Short time later, the advantages are definitely prevailing: reduced tool changing time and low risk of damage due to steady change over.
