Remote maintenance
To assist you even faster in minor problems UNICOR offers a remote maintenance unit. With this tool our service engineers can look into the machine control by internet connection in order to solve problems.
The customer has to allow the access to the machine.
The UNICOR service engineer obtains access to all software-controlled units of the corrugator.

- Remote maintenance system via IP-network
- optionally available with wireless voice/video communication as visual and accoustic link between UNICOR service engineers and on-site customer technicians
- Hardware to be installed in the electric panel: UNICOR RMU (Remote Maintenance Unit) with 1.800 MHz CPU, 1 GB RAM, Network adapter, 10/100/1000Mbit, WLAN-Adapter 802.11g bis 54 ;bps, 4 x USB 2.0 (for language communication), weight 2,5 kg
- Bus bar RMU: 100-240 V, 50 or 60 Hz.
- Headset: DECT standard, range up to 100 m
- Lightweight helmet with WLAN camera

View of the data of the machine panel by UNICOR service engineer. He can control, check and interfere via internet connection.
Via helmet camera (optional equipment) broadcasted view (livestream) out of a production hall. Camera optionally available.
